Abstract:
Watogy's innovative waste-to-energy technology revolutionizes onsite energy generation and waste management, enabling companies to achieve zero landfill, destroy PFAS, and generate renewable energy from their MSW, biomass, and agricultural waste streams. We will show examples of how converting waste into renewable energy, companies can not only reduce their environmental footprint but also gain energy independence and potentially generate revenue from excess electricity production.
Bio:
Dr. Todd Schmiedeler has served as Senior Vice President for Business Development at ZrO Waste Manufacturing since 2021. Todd oversees the sales, marketing, partnerships, and communications aspects for ZrO Waste. With a doctorate in Leadership, Todd has a collaborative approach to business. Todd has twenty-seven years of progressive executive leadership in renewable energy, philanthropy, workforce development, innovation, human resources, marketing, business development, management, and sales experience in the healthcare, energy, financial, and nonprofit sectors. Todd has served as a senior leader in several growth companies in the healthcare, financial, and nonprofit sectors. In addition, Todd is an adjunct professor at the University of Louisville’s MBA program teaching Leadership and Healthcare Strategy.
